A journey through an ocean of unconsciousness, filled with emerging stone faces and the shapes of petrified beliefs, rules, doubts, and fears. Finding a way through several stages of transformation and acquaintance, in search of the final, elusive image of the One Lonely Island.
Connection Between Two Lonely Islands
Connection Between Two Lonely Islands unfolds as a journey shaped by movement and somatic self-discovery, emerging in dialogue with an art installation. The work circles around the mystery of acquaintance and mutual connectedness — how certain people and events intertwine within a web-like field of collective intelligence. The performance reflects on presence and the lack of connectedness: to ourselves, to nature, to other people, and to less tangible dimensions of experience.
The path leads through an ocean of unconsciousness, where stone-like faces and emerging forms appear as crystallized beliefs, inherited rules, doubts, and fears. Through several stages of transformation, the body navigates layers of existence in analogy with nature — from invisible forces surrounding us, through elemental states, into the worlds of plants and animals, and further into the phases of human life and development.
These transitions trace the ongoing oscillation between connectedness and disconnection: from nature, from the inner self, from individuality toward encounters, groups, and relationships. Each meeting forms a different layer of awareness, a shifting constellation of consciousness shaped by proximity, distance, and presence.
Rediscovery becomes a central act — reinventing ways of relating to the body, to others, and to the natural world. Toward the end, the performance opens into a shared, silent space. A boat-shaped form invites viewers to observe, reflect, and respond, allowing emotions, memories, and archetypal symbols to surface. Meaning unfolds not through explanation, but through attentive presence, sensitivity, and stillness.
The performance remains open — a passage rather than a conclusion — searching for connection while acknowledging isolation, moving toward the image of the One Lonely Island.

MYSTERIUM (by Tibor Szemző)(The Third Great Mystery Is Still Delayed)
Across the whole Earth, a completely new, sixth human race is coming into being.
The formation, origin, and unfolding of this new human race is an incomprehensibly great mystery.
As long as the members of this race were scattered across the Earth and stood alone, it seemed even to themselves that they were abnormal, impossible beings, who not only could not come to terms with their environment and their world, but did not touch it at a single essential point.
These people, scattered across the Earth, lived in isolation, pushed into corners by their surroundings and neglected. They were strangers.
For they truly were strangers.
From this new race, in all likelihood, many people were lost. Who knows how? Some committed suicide; some deteriorated, began to drink, or rebelled, came into conflict with the law and ended up in prison. Some became melancholic or mentally disturbed.
Finally—entirely analogous to the mystery of the race’s emergence—there appeared another incomprehensible, great mystery: within the representatives of the new race, the awareness slowly developed that I am no longer alone.
It is still a secret where those similar to me are.
But I already know that they exist, and if I encounter them, I will recognize them without exchanging a single word.
As long as there is only one of a certain kind of human being, he is an exception; if there are two, it is something strange; if there are three, it is already a community.
For the time being, only in traces.
The third great mystery—the meeting and the union—has not yet arrived.
